Following its success in Asia, Theronomic looked to scale into Australasia, strengthening its local presence and connecting with a new customer base.

To supplement this traversal, Theronomic’s website was fully redesigned over a period of 4 months to align with shifting user experience trends and client requirements, skewing toward more interactive and narrative-driven design that better connects brand storytelling with both current and prospective customers.

As the lead designer for this project, I developed prototypes from low to high fidelity, resolved technical issues within Shopify, and refreshed the brand identity while collaborating closely with developers and senior stakeholders to deliver a cohesive, refined final product.

Home Page

The homepage underwent the most significant upheaval, redesigned from a static layout into an interactive and dynamic experience tailored to Theronomic’s brand story. Scroll-based interactions and embedded video elements were introduced to create movement, guide exploration, and sustain customer interest from the first touchpoint.

All 18 homepage components were iterated on multiple times, refining both visual hierarchy and usability to ensure each section contributed meaningfully to engagement, clarity, and overall flow on both desktop and mobile mediums.

Product Pages

Product pages were redesigned to deliver a more comprehensive yet streamlined experience, improving the overall flow of information while keeping interactions engaging. Key details such as product benefits, ingredients, and FAQs are presented through interactive cards and sections, making technical information easier to scan and digest.

To reduce cognitive load, dropdown menus are used to condense text-heavy sections, allowing users to access additional details only when needed. Each page is further enhanced with product-specific colour branding, creating a cohesive visual identity and helping users quickly differentiate between different skews.

Pillar Blogs

Theronomic’s pillar blogs were redesigned with a minimal, interactive layout that reduces cognitive load and keeps readers engaged for longer. Text is segmented through line breaks, subheadings, and clear navigational buttons linking to supporting articles. At the same time, an interactive side menu which indicates the user’s reading progress also allows for seamless movement between sections, enhancing discoverability and user control.
